Little Red Store is committed to satisfying our customers. If the product you purchased arrives damaged or with lost or missing parts, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for replacement merchandise and have the shipper open a damage claim.
If you are simply not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us within 10 calendar days after you receive them. We will issue a Returned Goods Authorization Number, and you can then return the product to us for a refund of the original purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges. Returned merchandise must be in new, original condition for this refund policy to apply.
